Art Manteris was elected to the SBC Sports Betting Hall of Fame in 2019, legendary Las Vegas bookmaker became the youngest sports director in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, and served as VP of the Las Vegas Hilton Sports Book, where he launched the first modern theater-style sports book. Until his retirement in 2023, he served as head of the 14 Stations Casinos from 1999 to 2021.
